Q1] - What is the replacement Policy?

  • Once the product sold to the customer we dont provide replacement..

  • But only incase of the damage of the product in the shipping....we provide replacement...you need to inform us on the same day as you received the product.

Q2] - What is the refund Policy?

once the product sold we dont provide refund.

Q3] - Product item Received in Damaged Condition

  • If you have received damaged product please mail us at info@healingcrystal.in or call us or whatsapp us on 9833824682 with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within same day you receive the delivery of the product.
  • Send the damaged product back to us, once we receive the product we will replace the product back to you.
  • We will try and replace the product as soon as possible.
  • At healing crystals each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen during shipping.
  • You should keep the item in original packaging and not use it.
  • if Any used products will not be taken back.
  • After you courier the damage product to us, once we receive damage product,than within a week your product will be dispatch if the product is in stock,
  • Incase if the product you purchase is not instock with us, we will see if we could get the same product instock for you
  • but if the product is not available than we provide store credit on our website which will be valid for 1 year...

Q4] - In how many days can I get replacement of the product? What are the conditions?

  • We dont provide replacement nor refund on any product once sold.
  • only if damage product follow the Q3 STEPS
  • once we receive damage product than within a week your new product will be shipped
  • Any used products will not be taken back
  • Incase if the product you purchase is not instock with us, we will see if we could get the same product instock for you
  • but if the product is not available than we provide store credit on our website
  • Also, the replacement exchange will be done only once. After that no exchange or return can be done. Exchanged product cannot be exchanged multiple times.

Q5] - Is Shipping charge and packaging charge refundable?

A- Shipping charge and packaging charges in any case is non-refundable. 

Q6] - Can I get cash refund for my order or replacement of the product?

  • No we dont provide cash refund nor any kind of refund.
  • we issue store credit valid for 1 year which can be used for any future purchases (this point is valid only if the product is out of stock from our inventory)
  • we provide only replacement of the product if the product is damage during shipping.

Q7] - What happens if the item goes out of stock during the purchase or there is bad Inventory?

  • If the item is out of stock when you try to order on then the website, we will let you know but its always better to call us before buying our product to check the instock availability of the product is there or not (for more information please call for the details +919833824682)
  • In some cases of error there is wrong order place and you will be informed as soon as possible if the item is out of stock.
  • Incase if the product you purchase is not instock with us, we will see if we could get the same product instock for you if we cnt get the product back instock then we will provide you refund of your purchase product this is valid if we have not delivered the product to you, if the purchase product by you is delivered to you than we dont provide refund at all (check the Q2 STEPS)

Q8] - Can I cancel the order after I order?

  • Yes you can cancel the order within 24 hours of your order.
  • We normally ship in stock items the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request.  

Q9] - If i cancel the order will i get refund?

  • yes if you cancel the order within 24 hours of your order placed than you will receive the payment refund,
  • if the product you purchase is delivered to you,
    1. the order cnt be cancel,
    2. we wont provide any refund.

Q10] - Can I change the shipping address of my order?

  • Yes you can.

Q11] - Is International shipments available?

we are now providing shipping worldwide...with additional charges according to the tax, custom duty of the country, courier charges, packaging charges.

Q12] - Do you provide warranty/guarantee / certificate for mechandise?

All our products are authentic. In case you received a damaged product we will give you replacement. There is no extra warranty / certificate / guarantee associated with the products. If there is any it will be mentioned on the product page.
